Postpartum Doula

Support looks different for every birthing person and could include any of the following: taking care of the new parent, newborn care, breast-feeding support, caring for siblings, meal preparation light housework, running errands, or walking the dog. At the beginning of each shift, the doula assess what needs are most important to the caregiver on that specific day. Are you desperate for a nap? A shower? A warm meal? Clean laundry? Birthing person’s priorities are the doula’s priorities.  Flexible Payment Plans Available.
